- Smoking of any kind in a non-smoking room will result in a $300. cleaning fee.

Guaranteed Reservations: The room must be held with a credit card. The card will be charged for the 1st night room & tax. If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date or you will forfeit the deposit.
Full Deposits: During high peak periods, full prepayment of the total amount of your stay (rate multiplied by the number of nights, plus tax) is required. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
